A Really Neat New Site: Quotes-apalooza!
I know. I used the word “neat”. I’m a total nerd. But, it is accurate; this is really a neat site. John Hawkins, of Right Wing News, Linkiest and Viral Footage, launched Self Help Quotes today.
I love it, because so many times a quote is at the tip of my tongue (shaddup) but I can’t recall the entire quote. It drives me batty! Well, battier. This site will help me with that. And isn’t that what’s important? Heh.
Seriously, it’s a great site to find quotes that you can’t quite remember or just to poke around and discover some fantastic quotes that you may never have heard. Here are a few on the front page today:
“The best minds are not in government. If any were, business would steal them away.”—Ronald Reagan
“I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a ‘community organizer,’ except that you have actual responsibilities.”—Sarah Palin
“Leaders don’t create followers, they create more leaders.”—Tom Peters
“Usually the nonsense liberals spout is kind of cute, but in wartime their instinctive idiocy is life-threatening.”—Ann Coulter
There are many, many more great quotes. Take a look and see!
